Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as Learning & Development Specialist, you will be responsible to design and conduct training & development program to improve individual and organizational performance and ensure that the programs are in line with the company’s objectives.
A day in the life of…
- Responsible for internal and external training implementation
- Responsible in general training administration (Training Need Analysis, Training Matrix, Training Catalogue, Training Record, Training Evaluation)
- Ensure training program implementation and responsible to build up Competency Matrix, Competency Building Plan, and Training Plan
- Drive and coordinate Leadership Development Program
- Implement onboarding training for new hire by involving respective subject matter expert in factory
- Support any activities related to people involvement & development
What will make you successful
- Minimum bachelor’s degree of any major
- Has minimum 3 years’ experience Related to Training & People Development would be advantage
- Able to organize training and another event related with employee engagement
- Excellence public speaking skill
- Has knowledge in Leadership Development
