- Able do consultation session to customer (face to face)
- Handle customer complains
- Handle customer appointments
- Able to arrange Therapist schedule along with Store Leader
- Manage and maintain facilities and tools at store
- Selling our products
- Do Daily Closing Journal Report for Finance & Accounting Dept (proven by test)
Requirements
- Minimum education from SMA/SMK or Diploma or Bachelor degree from any diciplines
- Service oriented personality
- Has worked in similar setting (beauty salon, hotel, hospitality, medical clinic, etc)
- Attractive and representable as customer service
- Call center applicants are welcomed
- Must have vehicle (motorcycle) for mobile working
- Technology savvy
- Sales oriented (can sells our products)
- Knowing about Closing system (Daily matching transactions from System and Actual Revenue at Store)
- ENGLISH proficiency is a must (oral and written)
